Summer Uniform Guidelines and Policy 2024/2025
Uniform Sizing/Fitting
Online purchasing of uniform items will be available. However, there will be a fitting session held on the school campus for you to bring your child to try on various sizes before placing your online order.
- Fitting dates for the Summer Uniform are from Wednesday 14th August 2024 to Saturday 24th August 2024. To schedule a fitting for your child, please use the link below. If you have multiple children, please reserve separate slots for each. https://bit.ly/BelvedereUniform
- Note that starting from Sunday, August 25, 2024, fitting sessions on campus will no longer be provided. Consequently, you will need to order your child’s uniform items online based on the provided size chart.
Online Purchasing Procedure
- Online purchasing will be available starting Wednesday 14th August 2024, delivery will start from Tuesday 20th August 2024.
- Orders can be made through the following link: https://belvederecairo.seen4trading.com
- You will be able to place your uniform order online throughout the academic year and it will be delivered to your doorstep.
- All orders must be placed online, no orders will be taken through the phone.
- Payments can be made either online through the website or cash on delivery.
- Washing Instructions are available for each item on the website.
Delivery
- All orders will be delivered within 72 hours from the date of placing the order starting 20th of August 2024.
- You must receive the package and complete full payment before opening the order. Packages should not be opened in the presence of the delivery courier.
- If the courier cannot reach you within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.
Return and Exchange
- Exchanges can only be made through the website and only within 3 days of receiving the order.
- First exchange is free of delivery fees, any additional exchanges will be considered as a new shipment.
